Hopefully this area will be able to help answer some of your questions!
I will devoting this section to address web design issues that I have stumbled through, into and around. I know how difficult it is when you are first starting out to know what to do. The information provided here is to be used as a guide and for you to decide what to use and what not to use.
Web design does have some limitations, but I believe these can be conquered with good planning, a basic understanding of what works on computer monitors and what doesn't, and a solid understanding of HTML. I also believe, if you understand who your audience is, you are well on your way to designing memorable sites!
If you are new to electronic/digital design, check out Looking Good on the Web. It covers the basics of creating well-designed web sites. It takes a visual approach to learning web design.
Designing Interactive Web Sites, takes a more comprehensive approach which also includes HTML coding. It has questions at the end of the chapters to assist your understanding of the concepts that were introduced.
