How will I design a site? What colors should I use? How shall I lay it out? What's right? What's wrong? How, What, When, Why and HELP!

Hopefully this area will be able to help answer some of your questions!

Web design does have some limitations, but I believe these can be conquered with good planning, a basic understanding of what works on computer monitors and what doesn't, and a solid understanding of HTML. I also believe, if you understand who your audience is, you are well on your way to designing memorable sites!
