Administrative
Position: Clerical Fill-in, On-call
Closes: Open continuously.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical secretarial/administrative experience and switchboard experience.**For this position, PTHA will continually accept applications to develop a pool, even if there is not an immediate opening. When an opening becomes available, PTHA will contact the most qualified applicants.
Health Records Department
Position: Health Records Clerk
Closes: June 27, 2002
Assemble and maintain patient health records under direct supervision. Process continual flow of materials to update records and flow of records to and from multiple departments. High school diploma or GED. Completion of a course in medical terminology preferred. One year experience in medical records or medical office.
Facility
Position: Facility Management Specialist
Closes: Open until filled.
Develop facility long-term utilization and maintenance plans; develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory compliance. Must be familiar with the bidding process and knowledgeable of contract management systems. Four year degree; will consider two year degree in facilities or engineering related areas. Three to five years supervisory experience. Ten to fifteen years work experience; five years at a medical facility.
